1. What materials are used to customize the helmet?

The mask on the helmet is made of the best quality FiberGlass and this mask is strong in any weather, the Basic Helmet is made of the best quality ABS which already has DOT and ECE standards.

2. How many days does it take to make this custom helmet?

The time for making this helmet requires an estimated time of 5-15 days (Saturday and Sunday), because the process is made by hand, please understand if it is slightly different from the photo.

3. What features are there in this helmet?

The feature of this helmet is the visor which is quite easy to open and close, by using the slide button on the left on the helmet, to make it easier for you to open and close it.

This helmet has accessories, such as the Predator has hair and lights.

4. What sizes are available?

S = 55 – 56 Cm

L = 57 – 58 cm

P = 59 – 60 Cm

XL = 61 – 62 cm

XXL = 63 – 64 Cm

(For size, please measure according to your head circumference)

5. How much expect the delivery time for receiving my product?

Shipping to the United States: Orders typically arrive within 7- 14 business days.

Shipping Worldwide: International orders generally arrive within 14-21 business days.

6. How do I track my order?

When your product is successfully shipped, you will get tracking information in your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page – Order Tracking

Please allow giving 24 hours for the tracking information to work properly.

7. I want to cancel my order. How do I do it?

We may cancel an order if the product has not been dispatched. Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

8. I want to change my address. How do I do it?

If you put it mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case, you have 12 hours. In this online, you need to contact us as fast as possible.

9. What are the conditions for receiving a guarantee?

Our refunds and exchanges are only eligible for:

  • Defective and/or damaged prints and materials
  • Goods or packages are lost and late in delivery

Please note that we do not accept any warranty requests if:

  • The buyer made an error in ordering goods such as choosing the wrong type or model of goods, for that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment
  • Errors in writing the shipping address, because it is very risky that the goods will not reach their destination and even get lost in shipping. For that, we ask you to write down the complete and correct address
